Inspiration transpired through Hong Kongs culture and themes. Being born and raised in Hong Kong, I believed this would be a project that would resonate with me. With the current political atmosphere in Hong Kong, this project can pay tribute to the city I was born and raised in, and the culture this city holds.

Colors that can be seen in my inspiration board include bold colors of red, pink, purple, orange, and yellow. Strong motifs such as dragons, the Hong Kong flower ( bauhinia x blakeana ), Hong Kong taxis, the Chinese mandarin, the Buddha, goldfish etc.
